Ok quick update to my school schedule....My Latina Culture class is really interesting, my econ teacher is a really great teacher and I LOVE that class, and my accounting professor is challenging but hilarious! Turns out this might not be a bad quarter! So I am apologizing for my pre judgements on my professors and on this quarter!
Side note: Life in the Cosmos teacher is off her rocker and just as crazy as I thought she was!

Living La Vida Latina con Aliens!
So Monday I started Fall Quarter and let me just give you a quick rundown on my ever exiting new quarter:
My first class is Latin Culture, where I open the book to read "Living La Vida Latina." On the bright side the professor is really funny, and apart from not recognizing any significant historic Latin figures I think I will do okay. In other words I am currently living la vida latina!
My second class was Econ...picture a crazy old cat lady in man form....got it?...thats my teacher! He was so excited about Economics I was almost interested! :) Not to mention I am in a temporary portable classroom for that class, where just about ten people have to take up residence on the floor! Note to self "be on time."
Third, I had Life in the Cosmos. I was semi excited for this class...ok I'm lying I was semi enthused about this class until the first line of the syllabus read, "Have you ever thought about the existence of extra terrestrials?!" Wow, I am really going to learn about aliens! Not to mention the teacher look like a fortune teller with real long white hair, and she is a die hard science fiction fan! Shocker! So glad I spent $1600 on that class, I can see the significance it holds!
Fourth, I have accounting which is not too bad because its a continuation from the accounting class I has last quarter! Oh but wait.....the teacher barely speaks English!! He is the funniest little man you have ever heard...now if only we can just translate how to be accountants I will be golden.
My fifth class is tomorrow...so I have yet to be blessed with that one. It's genetics in society, so how bad can it be...right?!
Tonight I am going to open a bottle of wine and toast to Living La Vida Latina while watching E.T...when in Rome?!

Bringing in Twenty Ten!
Well it has been while since I blogged, and right now seems to be a good time to catch up. The holidays went by so fast, and this year I think the warm weather made it feel a little less "frightful," but my Christmas was definitely still delightful! I received way too many gifts, and ate way way way too much! I was thankful to be with all my family and friends for not only a great Christmas, but also a Happy New Year. On New Years my friends and I took a limo to the Brading Iron for a fun filled night of dancing and drinks! We has a great time...small mishap...but all in all we brought in the new year with a bang! One of my most relaxing hobbies is reading, and on my winter break I did just that. I read the entire Twilight Saga, and let me tell you how obsessed I am! I am team Edward all the way....(Team Jacob is OVERRATED!) And Reneesme is probably the coolest person in the world...well at least in my world! Putting my unhealthy teeny bopper obsession aside, one of my favorite books was Dear John. Wow, first of all tear jerker, second most romantic book ever! Nicholas Sparks is a romance God, and this one was no different! The way he brings out the meaning of true love is inspiring! It made me want to believe in true love more than ever! For those of you sappy girls and guys...read it! Its great, but you might want to put off the ending until after PMS time. (Grab Tissues!) Thats all for now...I am reading Mitch Albom's Have a Little Faith now...stay tuned for an elementary level review! :) I am off to my first day of school now....Bring it on 2010!
